OMG. First off I want to say I read my copy of this book and listened to the audio via the Libby App. I absolutely Loved the narration of this book. I loved Bree & Nathan. I loved their friendship. I loved the whole idea of this storyline. I so connected with these two characters so so much. It made me out right laugh. It made me cry. It had all those feels. I also had a huge soft spot for Brees Sister. I adored her too. I cannot wait to read more books from this Author. She’s definitely become a favorite. It was such a great Sports Romance read. I loved everything about this book.

Cat & Max!!! Can I just say. WOW!! What a read. Lovers to Enemies & then back again. This story had me pulled in from page one. I would say to the reader if you if you're a fan of a second-chance romance with angsty, slow-burn longing then this my fellow reader is a book for you!! It was so intense and I did not want it to end. Yes there is steam & spice as well. These two will definitely stay with me for quite sometime.

I Love Small Town Romance stories. They are a guilty pleasure read. This one definitely did not disappoint at all. I absolutely loved Paisley & Caleb’s story. I loved the banter between these two and it had just enough spice as well. I’m excited for the next book in this series. Plus how can I forgot little Evelyn? She just made my heart happy and smile. These characters will definitely stay with me awhile. Like I said, I’m excited for the next book in this series!

I was hooked into this story from the first page. I was very much invested in the characters of this book. West & Carolina Will definitely stay with me for quite sometime. There was steam and just the great amount of spice. It has plenty of romantic moments as well. I also loved their chemistry. I didn’t want it to end.

I absolutely, positively, Loved this story on Maddox and Georgia. From the first to the last page. I was hooked. The chemistry between these two was everything this reader loved. It had just enough Spice & Steam. It was the absolute Perfect Romance book. Pure Perfection. I was so invested in Maddox and Georgia and this story did Not disappoint.

I absolutely enjoyed the story of Mallory & Paxton. It has me intrigued from the first page to the very last. I didn’t want this story to end. It had just enough steam and spice. These are two characters that will stay with me for quite sometime.

I really enjoyed the characters of Charlie A & Charlie B. I enjoyed the dual POV in this story. It had all the feels for this reader. I laughed, and even got emotional at parts throughout the book. The characters had me invested from page one till the very end. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and its characters and the storyline.

What a beautifully written story. It had all the feels. This is a small town/second romance book that does not disappoint. I laughed and I cried. I connected with Cade & Mare from the first page. These characters will definitely stick with me for quite awhile. Such a beautiful story that you do not want to end and has you rooting for Mare & Cade from page one.

What can I say about this book? It was fantastic, fabulous, a great steamy and spicy read. I throughly loved reading Lance & Skylars Story. I was hooked from the first page to the very last chapter. I won’t give spoilers but these two are some of the best characters I read in a book. I had moments where I was laughing so hard I had to reread the chapter! Spicy and steamy is this book. The chemistry between Skylar & Lance you could definitely tell as the reader was off the charts. Im so glad I found AK Landow and her books. She’s definitely an author you will want to check out & but her books like I have. This story, these two characters will definitely stick with me. What a ride, and what a read.
