As someone that is in premenopause I found this book to be very helpful to me. It’s a read that I would recommend for Women and Men if they wish too to look into. Sit down and read it and try to understand what a woman’s body can go through. I’ll say I hate the hot flashes. I’m not a fan of them but know it’s all part of this stage in my life.
