Betty White
If You Ask Me
(And of Course You Won’t)
Audio Book
{2011}
I listed to this amazing, heartfelt audio book while being snowed in over the past two days. I have adored this woman my entire Adult Life. I had this on hold at the library with Libby since I found out she passed away. It could not have come at a more reasonable time.
Hearing her stories, hearing her laughter, made me both laugh and cry ( and cry I do very easily.)
Certain chapters stuck out and meant a lot to me. They hit home and rugged at my heart strings. Definitely when she talked about hosting Saturday Night Live, Letters, Loss, Cocoa, Stuffed Animals, Children, Since You Asked & lastly I’m 89? That one had me in the water works.
Betty White narrating this audio book was like listening to an old friend that you have not talked to in a long time. I personally wish it was longer. I absolutely loved everything about this audio book. I plan on actually buying it and listening to it when I need a pick me up as Betty could always make me do.
I miss her so much. I dedicated in her memory on what would have been her 100th birthday which was 17th January, 2022 to this pet organization my folks give to. The Betty White Challenge. It felt so good to do that.
This was such a great Audio book. I highly recommend it. Thank you Betty for all you did on this planet. You are forever remembered by so many and loved too.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Read
