Forever Yours (Elijah's POV) Jennilynn Wyer

 Don’t give up.

I love you.

I’m here.

Please come back to me.

You couldn’t help who you loved, regardless of its messy complications. I fell in love with Julien knowing full well his lingering feelings for Liz. I trusted the relationship he and I painstakingly built. The friendship that blossomed. The love that grew between us. Our commitment to one another. Julien was my forever, just as I was forever his. Love worth having was love you fought for. Bled for. Hurt for. And I loved Julien with every ounce of my soul.

After what happened to Liz, Julien fell apart. He became a hollow shell of the man I fell in love with. There was no joy. No hope. No happiness. All I wanted was to see him smile again. To have my Julien back.

Because that was what love meant. Love was selfless. Loving someone meant that you wanted what was best for them, not yourself.

Love could also be a shackle. Binding you to a life that was theirs and not yours. Destroying who you were fundamentally because you gave up your dreams, gave up everything, to conform to what that person needed.

Julien and I were at a crossroads. A fork in the road that we either traveled together or walked alone.

How much would I sacrifice for love? Turned out, the answer was everything.

My Review Minus Spoilers

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Read by ME!🔥🔥

From the very first page to the very last page I was so intrigued, invested, and just a barrel of emotions reading Elijah’s POV. It was definitely a barrel of emotions & I did have to use Kleenex to cry. It was so raw, heartfelt, emotional, the emotions alone got to me. It made me feel for Elijah & also for Julien. What I truly loved about this story was how you really felt every, single emotion the Elijah

was feeling, going though. I as a reader connected with that. This story, these characters will stay with me as a reader for quite some time. This book was just absolutely perfect from the first sentence to the very last. Be prepared to go on the roller coaster of emotions. It will definitely be worth it. One of my favorite reads of summer 2023. Favorite quotes from book: "Did

you know that plumeria flowers represent new beginnings?"

Every bouquet and every flower he gave me had meaning, the petals were his love letters to me.”

"Every part of you is so damn gorgeous, Elijah. Your heart. Your mind. Your body.

You take my breath away."
