Everything about her turns into a new favorite of mine: her sweet, flowery scent, the feel of her soft skin under my fingertips, her delicious taste, and now the soft sounds she makes when she can’t hide that she’s attracted to me too. -Paul
A Chance Encounter.
A Happily Ever After within Reach.
Right?
Tessa has only two priorities in life: taking care of her younger brother after their parents’ tragic death eight years ago and running her florist shop.
When her best friend pulls her out of her “All Work/No Play” - zone, she’s reluctant at first but quickly discovers that prioritizing her own needs is something she should have done much sooner.
Throw in a handsome and sweet guy who sweeps her off her feet, and Tessa feels happier than she has in a long time. Paul—along with Hank, his adorable Golden Retriever—thwarts her plans not to date anymore, and he pushes her out of her comfort zone in the best kind of way. While instant attraction draws them to each other at first, their connection is more than skin-deep. After discovering that they share a similar heartbreaking past, a deeper bond forms between them.
It seems they finally found what they didn’t realize they had been looking for, so nothing stands in the way of a Happily Ever After.
